Excellent for PT at home,
This is what my Physical Therapist uses so I found on Amazon becuase I had tendon surgery on my foot and have to do a lot of soft tissue and scar work at home. You only need a very small amount and it glides easily without feeling greasy like a regular massage oil would be. It is also unscented which is great since I use it all the time. It is a tad pricey, but like I said, a little goes a very long way. The pros use this, so that is a solid endorsement!

|Light fragrance, makes massage easy,
Works very well for massage, maintains a nice easy surface glide. It’s got a light, delicate, almost air fresh type of scent. The folks I work on find it pleasant and not really noticeable. I like it – makes the work easier to do, plus it feels good on my hands. The consistency is light. Other lotions are more like stick butter where this is more like whipped butter. It’s not heavy at all.

My massage therapist uses this creme when he does deep-tissue massages. I ordered this tube for use at home for the occasional back-rub that my wife and I share. Wow – what a difference the creme makes. I originally thought a massage-creme would be silly to use, but the frictionless massage using the creme is much more relaxing than without.
