The Handheld Percussion Massager w/ Infrared Light is a very good massager. It’s powerful enough to deeply massage your muscles. The infrared light, on the back of the unit, seems useless to me. However, as a massager I highly recommend this item. Just be careful not to use it for more than 3 minutes on one spot because you will cause more harm than good. I find that 2-3 minutes is just right. Also be sure to start on a low setting for the first minute and then you can safely raise it to the highest level. Why pay 3x as much when this massager does the job well!

I am very happy with this purchase. This unit works as advertised. It has exceeded my expectations especially at the price point.
It is easy to operate and the intensity is adjustable. I only wish that the Infrared light was on the massager head, rather than
on the top side of the unit.
