Better than expected,
I was given some exercise balls a few years ago as a gift but they were too large for my hands. I have arthritis in both hands and needed the exercise but the ones I had made it worse. I thought I’d give another try with a smaller size. These looked nice on my computer and the price was good so I thought I’d give them a try. I’m glad I did.
I ordered them on a Sunday and the seller shipped the same day by USPS. I received them Thursday. The little box is just like the picture and the exercise balls are as pictured too. What the seller doesn’t mention is that they have a tiny chime. My big #4 exercise balls have a loud chime but this seems much better to me as it is mildly entertaining and doesn’t interfere.
The stainless steel is smooth and slick so the balls roll easily against each other and my hands are getting the exercise I need.

I had surgery in both hands for CTS a few years ago. My right hand is still good, while my left hand ring finger and pinky are both numb again, as well as that whole side of the palm. I have been using these massage balls daily and have seen great improvement in the left hand. They really stretch out the fingers and encourage better circulation, which I believe is opening up the carpal tunnel. I still have numbness, but have only been working with them for about a week and a half. I feel like it is also strengthening up my hands and forearms. Will this fix my CTS, I don’t know, but I will continue using these because it just really feels good in the hand and it is quite relaxing. I saw that another reviewer commented on the sound of the stainless steel rubbing together, it does not bother me and eventually, I am hoping to get proficient enough to where the balls do not rub together at all when I use them. In the meantime, it is not a bother and I do not use them for meditation purposes. I had also read that some people had received dented balls, and the ones I received where perfect. As for the size, these are approx. 43mm (almost 1 3/4″) in diameter, and have a good weight to them. I do have fairly broad hands and they work great for me. I don’t really know if the size of hands matter, because you are using them with your fingers completely stretched out and rotating them around with your fingers, I don’t even use my thumb. They have a very mild ring to them as you are working with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dexterity, strength and circulation in the hands and arms.
