Let me tell you they work great on my achy bare feet… I found that if it’s too painful, just put less pressure on the sore areas while you work your foot around, and when you get the pressure right it feels oooooh soo good!

I’ve only had them a day so i can’t report on long term positive results of all the accupressure points being stimulated, but I can say that my feet thank me after i use them for a few minutes.

It looks like it’s built quite sturdily, and they didn’t seem that expensive too me either so i didnt’ feel bad about buying two.
