I’m very happy with this product. I use it when sitting at my desk and I find that I am able to sit for longer periods of time without the aches and pains I used to get. I haven’t tried it in the car yet but I think it would help with long drives.

I have had lower back pain for 34 years, unable to drive any distance, hard to sit at the desk, had to stand or walk a lot. Bought this as a trial after many products. I immediatley felt the difference, and drove for more than 1600 miles in the northwest. Now my wife and several co-workers are using the posture for relief. Bob Fitch

I was suffering from a pinched sciatic nerve for over 3 months and a friend recommend the backjoy to me. It relieved my pain within a week. I couldn’t believe it worked but it did. Before using this, riding the in the car or airplane and sitting at my desk were often excruciating. This fixed me up. I still use it on the airplane because those seats have always caused me problems. I defnitely recommend!
