My back and neck hurt all the time, despite going to chiro’s and physio’s all the time. I was even going 3x a week for the last two months, but the pain always returned. I got a book on how to treat your own neck, and also ordered this product.
I immediately took it out of the box and used it. Instantly, and I do mean instantly, I felt better. I went to lunch and noticed that I moved, turned my head, and drove with zero pain. The mini body buddy doesn’t do much for me, but if I’m driving a long distance or something I will probably bring it. The big one would be too cumbersome.
Seriously, this thing is awesome. I can now get rid of the tennis balls I keep in my office drawer!

This is well worth the purchase. when my neck feels slightly stuck i work on a couple of knots and it loosens up my upper back and neck. If you’re on the fence, go for it! You won’t regret it.
