It does take a while to heat up the lotion but it is expected as the instructions say. What I don’t like is that the only bottles that seem to work are the ones that comes with it. I prefer the pump bottles and tried with mine, even though it looked and felt like theirs but it didn’t work.

Simple to use, quality lotion warmer. It looks classy in brushed stainless steel finish and holds a pair of 2″ diameter bottles which are included or you can add your own, like I did. The only thing I didn’t like is that the feet are not level and the unit rocks on a level surface. They should have better quality control as otherwise it’s a perfect unit.

takes about 15 minutes to warm up but they keep the lotions warm. We keep it on all day in the office and never overheats. Good solid product for the price.
