   Amazon, for some reason, has this offered up in conjunction with Sue Hitzmann’s book “The MELT Method”. Please be aware that this is NOT the correct ball for practicing “The MELT Method”!!! It is much too hard! They were very courteous about allowing me to return it but hopefully this will spare you the inconvenience.

   I have had hip and back problems for 5 years and at times could not sit in any position. After years of massage therapy I have discovered the best therapy is massaging my glutes and pinky balls work great! I just sit on one and roll it around until I hit the swollen muscle balled up in my butt cheek, then as I roll it around the tightened muscle will release and my pain is gone. Although this is temperary it works great so every time it starts getting tight I get out my pinky balls and sit on them!
